The winery building is now pretty much finished with the exception of a few small add-on projects. We have begun to finish the interior of what will be the entry and tasting rooms. The winery will ultimately have a winery working area, exterior crushing pad, office/lab, and a small entry/tasting area, with the addition of an outside deck and possible picnic areas overlooking the pond and the vineyard. Somehow in the design we have ended up with a nice meeting room on the second floor of the winery. This could be used for corporate off-site retreats, family get togethers, special winery events, or ???? In the true Les Garagistes style, actual wine production is expected to be limited to 500 cases a year upon completion of all necessary federal and local permitting. Right now we're not sure how often the winery might be open for public tastings and events. Stay tuned for more information on our progress.
